The Verdi v. El Torito Restaurants, Inc. and related class actions against the El Torito and Acapulco restaurants chains in the State of California have been concluded. All eligible employees who submitted timely claims have been paid. No further action is being taken on behalf of the class actions that were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
